Bezier
In this world of over 7.5 billion people, we have learned to identify each other by our physical traits, our shapes and the characteristics that make each person special. We know each other by voice, by name and by our faces.
If every face is unique, why are eyeglasses made the same way for everyone?

Bezier eyeglass frames are generated using an algorithm that takes into account the features and individual characteristics of each face as input data. These measurements are collected by an artificial intelligence program to generate a 3D model of a specific frame design for each person.
Idea exploration.
Make use of three dimensional generative modeling, morphological optimization and the development of an algorithm that matches the construction points of the frame with the points that determine the specific details of a face, Bezier frames adapt to the shape and characteristics of that face. The result is not only that the object itself stands out, but, even more important, the user does as well.
Have you ever wanted to wear a certain pair of glasses but they don’t fit well on your face?
Through information analysis, Bezier considers the face of the person and can suggest a frame according to its unique shape or configure another style so that it can adapt in the best way possible.
But a good pair of eyeglasses does not only consist of a frame, but also relies on the optical glass that allows the user to focus on images. But what happens if the user does not know the graduation of their lenses? Bezier uses another algorithm that makes it possible to obtain the specific graduation of the lenses thanks to the analysis of a projected image on a computer or the user’s mobile device.
In order to convert all of the digital data into a physical object, additive manufacturing techniques are used that allow for the undoing of screws or another extra binding element, as well as a reduction of material and the efficient use of such. This accounts for its self-adapting shape. Bezier frames can also take advantage of new materials in additive manufacturing to enhance their adaptation and customization properties like unbreakable frames manufactured with flexible polymers and a custom pattern fitted by the algorithm.

As artificial intelligence and Design work hand-in-hand, while also using the algorithm for facial recognition, the obtainment of optical graduation and the generation of a three dimensional CAD model, along with new technology in 3D printing, it is possible to fabricate the specific frame for each person creating the best eyeglasses that they could possibly own: their own customized glasses.
