Dear US
A journal that is not based on asking what you did today, but challenges you to do something different to learn, demonstrate and share gratitude.
Gratitude Journal.
Exploration - conceptualization - development - definition
Dear Us bases the learning of gratitude on three functions:
Print. Intrapersonal expression
Show. Reaction to an external stimulus
Share. Interaction with the environment
Idea exploration. - Activity Flow
Dear Us sets aside the activity of a traditional diary, subject to calendar days, in favor of a set of 30 activities, with no fixed deadline to be me, with scratchable ink that hides the activities that are randomly ordered in each diary, making each one completely different and creating an expectation about what the next challenge will be and sharing it among users.
When you peel off the sticker and discover the activity to be performed, linked to the levels and functions of gratitude, you will have a space in the journal to freely express everything that it made you feel or think.
This area is designed to reinforce actions through internalization and writing, thus leaving evidence of the personal process you underwent on the way to gratitude.
Writing is important, because it allows you to convey ideas to other people, which are sometimes not easy to put into words.
